Not every reader needs to read every article. These curated paths give each persona the minimum set of articles to read, in order, to be productive in School Vault from day one.
New School Admin, 90 minutes
You are setting up the school for the first time, or picking up from a previous admin who left. Read these articles in order before the first day of term.

Class Teacher (Early Years), 45 minutes
You teach a nursery or reception class and need to understand what you can do in School Vault day-to-day.

- Recording an observation on a student (5 min)

Class Teacher (Primary), 45 minutes
You teach a primary class and will use School Vault for attendance, daily reports, marks, and homework.

Bursar, 30 minutes
You manage fees, payments, and financial reporting. You do not need to read the curriculum or attendance articles unless you are curious.
- Setting up fee templates and term billing (8 min)
- Bulk fee allocation to classes (5 min)
- Dedicated Virtual Accounts (DVA) (6 min)
- Paystack integration: activating, webhooks, and reconciliation (8 min)
- Financial overview and analytics (5 min)

Parent / Guardian, 15 minutes
You have just received an invitation from your child's school. Here is what to read first.
